前幾天又去回味了一下大學時代的打工人蔘XD
還記得大一的時候什麼都不懂,就是乖乖的領爸媽給的零用錢認真K書~~
大二後就通通不一樣啦!!!開始會安排大學生活~~還跑去同學家打工!!一整個很自在!!
我有個大學同學小寶,家裡是台中有名的外燴廠商~~就是常常在路上看到餐車趴趴go的台中歡樂派!
從大二開始我就常常去他家幫忙外燴,還有每次中秋節也都會去他家幫忙包裝包不完的餅~~這次剛好聽小寶說他們要從台中到彰化二水這邊來辦戶外婚禮外燴,想說好久沒見他們~~乾脆去插花幫忙一下,順便重溫一下當年的青春歲月!

因為曾經在台中歡樂派打工過~~所以也算見識過不少歐式自助餐餐會,不得不說小寶家的餐點是真的很新鮮又實在,出了社會後也接觸過不少台中西式Buffet服務公司,我覺得歡樂派的價位是真的很實在!
因為一樣的預算,歡樂派提供的餐點都比其他台中外燴廠商提供的菜色還豐富又新鮮!

這次的外燴場是戶外婚禮~早早我就跟小寶他們一起到這邊會合!
這邊場地真的不錯耶!藍天白雲綠地~再加上精緻的布置~~好有氛圍唷!!

聽小寶他們說~~以前大部分外燴都是工商活動居多,現在反而是戶外婚禮形式越來越多,而且內容還變得更精緻更豐富,現在的新人也對婚宴上的外燴品質有很高的要求,所以現在外燴服務不只是提供料理而已,他們也等於是顧問一樣~~要幫新人解決大大小小的問題~~不過我想台中歡樂派一定不會被考倒的阿~~畢竟對於這樣西式的雞尾酒buffet服務,他們可是有將近20年的經驗耶~~有寶爸的老經驗傳承再加上小寶他們年輕一代新血的加入~~一整個就是所向無敵啊!

不知道是不是我太久沒看到外燴,這次看到他們準備餐點,覺得天啊!!!!才短短幾年而已,歡樂派的餐點就做到這麼精緻了啊!!!
料理種類比以前更多,蔬食、葷食、中西式料理都有!
熱食冷盤更是超多選擇!
重點是跟以前一樣~~~~~不像很多外燴公司都會拿很多炸物充數,歡樂派還是維持一貫的作風,都是新鮮的食材料理的~~
可以說~~現在的歡樂派根本就是2.0版阿!!!搞得我看得肚子也好餓喔. . . . .

這次還有新收穫~~就是終於看到小寶他老婆的廬山真面目(短髮那一位)~~小朵妳好!如果想知道妳老公大學的糗事我可以講上三天三夜喔~~噗!!

不過有看到他們面前的甜點的擺設嗎?真的很佩服他們,甜點好吃外,現在就連擺設都這麼美!!太厲害了!!

這場戶外婚禮除了檯面上的料理,還有現場料理區~
烤牛排跟阿根廷紅蝦~~還有牛奶大蛤蠣!!
聽說這次這對新人為了要讓賓客吃得滿足,特別請歡樂派拉高預算.
不過我問了價格,倒是有小傻眼一下,我是知道歡樂派從以前就走平價路線啦!
但是都已經有阿根廷紅蝦跟牛奶大蛤蠣和現烤牛排了耶!!!還這麼划算這樣對嗎?
小寶跟我說新人聽到價格的時候也是有覺得是不是報價報錯了,因為新人有去比過別間外燴的價格和菜色,都覺得歡樂派是不是佛心來的.

我只能說,這次我來插花的這場戶外婚禮,我不只看到料理精緻度的進步,還看到了大器、澎派!

現場燒烤區可以說是從頭到尾人潮最多的地方了!
連我在旁邊拍照都覺得肚子咕嚕咕嚕好餓. . . . .
我可以變成賓客不要當小幫手嗎. . . . . . .
這些生鮮料理真的不是普通新鮮,看這樣大受歡迎就知道了!
這一場客人真的好幸福喔!!有那麼多好吃的料理,還有那~~麼大的蝦子!!

不過我還聽師傅說,這場新人的送客禮也很special~~加碼了大干貝當送客禮啦!!
超大方的啊!
這場戶外婚禮可以說是海陸大饗宴耶!
中間還有賓客跑來問我們說我們是不是提供吃到飽的服務啊?
這個問題我從以前大學時打工幾乎每一場都會遇到~
料理都是根據人數下去抓的數量,不能說是吃到飽,但是幾乎場場都會保證賓客吃得很飽XD

現場還有不少人都大讚一個服務~~就是幾乎每道料理前都會有小牌子.
上面都有註明是葷食還是素食,如果飲食上有禁忌的人就可以安全地避開地雷享用.
不過這場外燴的客人真的太踴躍取餐了,一度還造成餐盤空蕩蕩沒有及時補,幸好我這個插花小幫手一直四處插花巡田尾,趕緊補上才滿足大家的胃.

這!!!真的是台中歡樂派提供的外燴料理!!
看整個擺盤和菜色都好像是飯店才會端出的料理對吧?
所以我才說歡樂派現在就是2.0新版啊!!
料理菜色擺盤一整個很有質感!
果然社會在走,進步要有,我想只有歡樂派才能超越自己吧!

這次來插花幫忙~~除了又跟老朋友重溫年輕時一起工作的熱忱,還見識到他們提供的服務有多麼進步!!我也好想要吃喔!!!
