在和陳永煌醫師面對面諮詢時,我對近視雷射有了非常深入清楚的了解.
陳醫師會循序漸進地讓我了解我為什麼要做近視雷射手術.

而我就是屬於健康需求類型的!
因為我很愛漂亮,外出一定要化妝,身為大近視眼,隱形眼鏡是必備,常常都因為畫眼妝還有超時的配戴,眼睛都覺得好癢、也常常發炎、乾澀、長針眼.
眼睛的種種狀況讓我很困擾,陳醫師也跟我分析戴隱眼對眼睛也是一種長期傷害,會讓眼睛缺氧,也可能讓角膜受傷,時間久了,會很容易有病變.

ReLEx Smile近視雷射是現在最常聽到的微創手術類型.
他的傷口是屬於極微創.
2-3mm左右的大小而已,很小很小很小.
其他種近視雷射手術就都是屬於大傷口類型.就連標榜沒有角膜瓣的trans prk其實也是超級大傷口的~~
22-26mm左右那麼大~~跟ReLEx Smile相差十倍之多!
對眼睛的影響很大,也會破壞角膜原有的神經結構和強韌度.
傷口恢復期也比較長,疼痛度相比起ReLEx Smile的無感會非常明顯.

聽了陳醫師詳細的分析,我當然是要選擇風險最低、安全度最高的ReLEx Smile.
我還有問到常聽到做傳統近視雷射的人說都有乾眼症的高度機率這個問題.陳醫師說因為傳統近視雷射手術會切斷比較多的角膜表層神經,影響淚液傳達分泌,才會有明顯的乾眼後遺症.
ReLEx Smile保留了非常完整的角膜神經,也更完整的維持角膜原有結構強度,所以後遺症的機率才會因為極微創傷口的誕生而大幅降低.

一生只會有一次的ReLEx Smile手術照!
因為是值得紀念丟掉隱眼和眼鏡的里程碑.
我是特別特別請診所人員幫我拍一張手術室裡的照片.
(雖然臉都蓋起來了看不到我的臉)

手術的過程讓我到現在依然印象深刻.
一般人聽到手術兩個字,第一個浮現在腦海裡的詞就是[痛]
ReLEx Smile真的顛覆了大家對傳統近視雷射的印象,也顛覆了大家對手術這兩個字的感受.
ReLEx Smile近視雷射的過程是無感的哦,我很努力地在手術的那15分鐘內想要感受出一個名堂,但就是無感!
也因為太專注的去感受,所以意外的讓我的眼睛非常穩定的直視前方,讓陳醫師很順利的就完成兩眼手術了!
陳醫師說完成的時候我還有點嚇到,也太快速了吧!!

可是一下手術台,我就發現我不戴眼鏡也可以在水霧間看清楚我眼前的事物.
戴眼鏡戴了20年有,早已忘記不靠眼鏡和隱眼就能清晰視物的感覺,實在是好感動.

術後的情形就跟陳醫師還有網友分享的一樣.
傷口癒合只花了一個星期左右.
恢復期間比較要小心的就是不要讓水碰到眼睛或是揉眼睛等等.
以不碰觸到眼睛為主就好,其他生活上都無礙.
我說的無礙是包括無痛,一點痛的感覺都沒有~

視力的恢復也很穩定,恢復的期間我常常會納悶的思考,我真的有做近視雷射手術嗎?很多人都覺得我描述得很誇張,可是ReLEx Smile手術真的要親身做了之後才能相信.
有朋友問我說:天啊!!你做近視雷射手術???你不怕嗎?
我:很怕!!怕死了!!可是台中微笑眼科的ReLEx Smile近視雷射手術在我做完以後,我覺得我真是太晚認識他了!讓我毫無後顧之憂的接受手術,快速的就恢復,一點也不影響生活.

簡單介紹一下我個人做結尾好了.
愛漂亮的雙寶媽,好不容易生完二寶瘦身回產前體重恢復曼妙身材,對自己全身上下都很滿意,只不滿意術前的大近視眼,做了近視雷射後可以輕鬆對付雙寶,不用怕雙寶扯我的眼鏡.還可以每天美美的化妝.
