快年底了,公司開始籌備要預訂過年送禮的禮盒,這次不是慣例的求推薦了!換我來推薦大家!
先來說說我們老闆要什麼條件吧.老闆要漂亮拿得上檯面,要好吃特別,不能只有餅也不能只有糖,要可以自己配,又要便宜,最好是可以宅配到府. . . .
如此嚴苛的要求實在讓我們這些底下的人愁白了頭髮,過年前跑遍各大百貨商場跟伴手禮中心都找不到合意的,畢竟重覆率太高,有些禮盒外觀看起來還真像!!!最後還是同事親戚推薦才找到理想的店家.

像是這篇,漂亮的禮盒跟美味的餅切面讓我立刻打電話去店家詢問,越問越驚喜.老闆前頭提出的那些要求居然通通都能達成!
這類春節禮盒的推薦文PTT上其實有一大堆,但只有這間能符合我們老闆的需求.而且聽說他們每逢過節都會推出新的產品,簡直是我們的救星.老闆每逢年節都要求新求變,禮盒內容物絕對不能跟上次送過的一樣,讓我們每次都四處求推薦,看來總算是可以固定訂一間了!解脫!
這間餅的種類有很多可以挑,店員說他們的餅用的都是純手工製作,比較搞剛的桃山皮,而非傳統的廣式皮,紮實清爽的口感令人耳目一新,確實不像一般店家的傳統糕餅那樣又乾又油,連我這個不是特別愛吃餅的人都忍不住拿了好幾種來試吃.
手工糖甜而不膩也不沾牙,還有脆爽的酥,可以一口氣吃好幾個,讓人越吃越上癮,過年返鄉禮盒不備個幾盒推薦親友簡直對不起鄉親父老.那麼現在就來讓我們看看PTT上很火紅的吧!官網上都有他們美味糕餅的介紹呢!
我找到最理想的就是這家,只能說皇天不負苦心人.除了東西好吃以外,網路訂購也很方便.因為我們訂的量比較多,跟店家洽談看看,發現其實可以依我們需求來任意搭配禮盒,讓我們任性. . . .嗯!率性的老闆又更開心了.
過年禮盒的包裝簡約又吸睛,非常推薦.當初在PTT上一看到這間的產品包裝,瞬間就愛上了.紅色系包裝能展現出過年的喜氣,卻又不會太過浮誇鋪張,風格讓我很是喜歡.
可愛的包裝禮盒,裡面裝的是糖跟酥.
糖的口味很多樣,看起來很像花生糖牛軋糖,但完全不是喔!!而且不黏牙,也不會過甜,就算平時不吃糖的人也能吃得很愉快,脆脆的口感令人愛不釋口.口味也滿多元的,就我吃到的就有可可、草莓、抹茶口味的,香氣濃郁又沒有化學香料的衝擊味,明顯是用比較好的食材製作.
酥正如其名,吃起來跟米果一樣爽脆有勁.一口吃下後,唇齒間還會殘留麥芽的甜味及紫心甘藷味,神奇的是,明明加了麥芽卻完全不會黏牙,讓吃之前膽戰心驚的我瞬間又大爆吃了好幾塊!!!簡直蛀牙者的救星!
吃這類黏牙糖時最怕的就是補牙膏被黏下來,想不到吃糖跟酥時,竟然完全沒有這樣的煩惱,光衝著這點我就想對周遭同樣為蛀牙所苦的朋友們大力推薦!!!
據店員所說,他們的食材都主打健康養生,過年時大家都吃得高油高熱量,這種吃起來不會太負擔的伴手禮很推薦送給家裡有小朋友或愛吃甜食的人家.
太陽餅跟瓦片餅乾的組合,比較傳統的年節禮盒搭配,傳統歸傳統,卻能做出自己的特色,一樣十分推薦.
除了最常見的原味太陽餅以外,還有鮮果太陽餅,像是桂圓、草莓、鳳梨、藍莓等口味,比較養生的芝麻、黑糖、綠茶、杏仁等等的特色產品也很不賴.
瓦片餅乾拆開包裝是這樣,有南瓜子跟杏仁口味.
的杏仁瓦片比較特殊,不含麵粉,店員說考慮到有些顧客對麩質過敏,所以採用糙米、蓬萊米製作,比一般麵包店賣的厚一些,咬起來更脆,甜而不膩,帶有米的清香,我覺得營養價值比麵粉製作的杏仁片高~.
南瓜子瓦片吃起來很脆很香,同事吃到的時候還很意外的問說「這是南瓜子嗎?」畢竟平常吃的南瓜子因為保存不佳,多半都是已經潮掉的,要嘛太軟要嘛太硬,想吃到爽脆口感的南瓜子還真不容易耶.
乍看之下很普遍的瓦片竟然也能吃出不一樣的滋味,過年送禮想不到要送什麼禮盒的話,也很推薦瓦片組合哦.
重頭戲來了!
餅類的造型都很別出心裁,不只是造型,連口味都十分特殊.
的食材幾乎都使用天然、較有香氣的食材.打開包裝後馬上就有一股淡雅的天然香氣.
禮盒內也有一小包酥跟糖,以紅紗凸顯過年的喜氣.看起來真的有過年的氣氛溜!
每小盒是兩個裝,小巧的包裝我很喜歡,即便拆了也不會有需要整盒立即食完的恐慌,要跟人一同分享也方便.
個人最喜歡的是這兩種餅,兩種都是以紮實又清爽的桃山皮製成.
這餅,因為完全無添加人工色素與香精等雜質,切開之後就散發出淡淡的香氣.柔和的香氣令人食指大動,輕咬一口,鬆軟的豆沙及香鬆在口齒間蔓延開來.
過年嘛,禮盒總是會希望有幾個鹹餅,但我本身是不喜歡鹹餅的,把推薦文遍佈的PTT翻遍才找到這款比較不讓人退卻的鹹餅.
雖說是比較不退卻,但我本來還是只想意思意思試吃一口,沒想到我竟然不知不覺就把五片花瓣都吃下去了,令人吃驚的魔力.
別看到是鹹餅就退縮,我平時也是很反感吃鹹肉餅的!吃了他讓我對鹹餅的觀感徹底改變,這是我吃過最清爽的鹹餅了.
它的綠色餅皮表面瀰漫著淡雅的綠茶香和一股我說不出的味道,一咬下「瞬間」吃了一驚,居然是令人熟悉的台灣味!:
甘草芭樂加梅粉,吃過吧?對,就是那個味道,再加上一點茶香就是這款餅的味道了.沒想到我可以用這麼鮮明的敘述來形容一款特色餅.
鬆軟的餅皮跟緊實的內餡依然結合得很棒,內餡的芭樂味豐富到我懷疑老闆把整顆芭樂都塞了進去,裡頭甚至還有果粒的口感呢!
除了芭樂外,餅的內餡還摻了點梅子提味,芭樂與梅子本身就是十分合拍的搭檔,再加上綠茶的茶香,整塊甜餅層次分明,宛若一首和諧的交響樂.
真真真真真…超級芭樂味的啦!!!超超超超超…好呷的啦!!!
