新竹可說是個老街之城，在規劃景點路線的時候冒出好多個老街，有北埔老街、內灣老街還有湖口老街，所以這次就計畫要來個老街一日遊，先到北埔老街，再到附近的內灣老街，然後北上到竹北的黃金海岸活家之家吃飯，最後再到湖口老街。

這家黃金海岸活蝦之家是一個新竹的朋友推薦的，所以特地去嚐嚐，反正逛老街都是吃一些小吃，所以安排一個正餐來吃吃，而且我也很久沒有吃活蝦了，趁著出來玩的時候大快朵頤一番！

活蝦餐廳的重點當然就是吃活蝦啦！聽說這個檸檬蝦是他們的招牌菜，蝦子有剝開一節蝦殼，所以很入味，吃的時候也很方便，原本泰國蝦的殼還蠻硬的，但是酥炸之後殼就變軟了，變得很好剝，酸甜的檸檬醬汁很開胃，尤其是小朋友就愛吃炸的，這盤檸檬蝦超有銷的，上菜不到五分鐘就清潔溜溜了！

這個蒜泥蝦小朋友就不愛了，因為怕蒜頭會辣，沒有人相信蒜頭是甜的，也沒有相信蒜頭一點都不辣，上面這個濃稠的蒜泥醬汁，沒吃過的人怎能想像它的美味呢！

正常來說吃活蝦我都會點很多道蝦子，但是新竹的朋友特別推薦他們家的鹽烤鯖魚跟黑胡椒蟹，這個鯖魚真的烤得很嫩很多汁，連魚皮也是酥脆的，連皮帶肉的吃超讚的！

黑胡椒蟹本來有猶豫一下要不要點，怕點了小朋友又不吃辣，不過想想既然難得來一趟，當然要點呀！
這隻沙公真的是很大一隻，他們有說至少都是兩斤以上，比平常吃到的沙公還要大上兩三倍，而且肉質很鮮，加上特調的黑胡椒醬，真的超入味超好吃，連小朋友也吃了好幾塊，因為這個黑胡椒很香，而且不會很辣，就算是不吃辣的人也不用擔心喔！

這個胡椒鳳螺超級軟嫩的，加上他們的胡椒很香又鹹鹹的，很適合配上一杯冰涼的啤酒！可惜現在是冬天，而且等一下還要開車，所以就沒喝酒了，我覺得他們每道菜都很經典，都很好吃，難怪會受到大力推薦！

最後來一道暖呼呼的蝦鍋，這個是用蝦頭熬的湯，味道很鮮美，一點蝦子的腥味都沒有，都是新鮮的味道，喝起來暖呼呼的很舒服，天氣冷來一碗這個湯，不僅暖胃也暖了身體。

而且蝦鍋還有另外送上蝦肉(總不能只給蝦頭吧)，可以自己川燙，然後看是要沾哇沙米還是沙拉醬都可以，完全展現蝦子的鮮甜，一鍋兩吃，很棒喔！

其實我那個朋友是說可以等元宵節燈會的時候再來玩，到時候會很熱鬧，不過剛好這禮拜有時間，所以還是先來玩了，算是探路吧，等元宵節的時候如果有空可以再來玩！
這次新竹老街一日遊的結果，印象最深刻的反而是黃金海岸的那隻螃蟹呀！我想老街還是一次逛一條就好，就像一次看太多電影，結果只記得爆米花很好吃的意思是一樣的，以上。
