每周一次家庭聚餐可是我最期待的時光呢，
畢竟平日大家都有各自事情需要忙，但是周末就是我們家固定的聚餐時間囉~
最近我們家愛上這間黃金海岸活蝦之家 http://www.goldencoast.com.tw ，
雖然在新竹美食餐廳很多，但是好吃的竹北家庭餐廳還真不好找呢~
講到新竹美食就聯想到貢丸跟米粉，但是我第一時間會先想到這間竹北現撈鮮蝦料理，
想當初要在竹北找一家適合的家庭聚餐餐廳，我們可是花費了不少功夫呢~
因為在老爸從以前就對新竹各間美食餐廳很有研究，
他可是自稱「新竹美食資料庫」呢!!
所以他可是精挑細選後才從竹北選出這間現撈鮮蝦料理來帶我們去吃喔~
我對我老爸最有信心了!!他挑的餐廳沒有一次讓我失望的~
而且~~~每次出去都是老爸付錢，所以每次想吃什麼都可以盡量點~嘿嘿 
一到黃金海岸活蝦之家就可以看到這個半開放式的廚房，
我覺得他們家的廚房雖然是開放的，可是通風良好，幾乎聞不到什麼油煙味呢，
而且這樣廚房設計就可以讓客人很安心~
我還發現他們師傅在處理食材時也都會帶著手套哦~
環境衛生一定要給個讚~
廚房旁邊的就是養著滿滿泰國蝦的活蝦池，
偷偷看了一下他們家的蝦子都養得好肥好大隻，
這樣等下的料理也讓我越來越期待了呢~
對了~他們還有準備遊戲間耶~
這就是為什麼他們是個適合家庭聚餐的場所了~
不然小朋友在餐廳裡面跑來跑去真的很危險，
所以黃金海岸活蝦之家真的很貼心~
他們家上菜的速度真的很快~
我們才做好沒多久第一道菜就來了，
這道是「麻油蝦」，滿滿的一盤蝦子真的讓我口水都快要直接流下來了，
而且一上桌撲鼻而來的麻油香味讓我完全‧無‧法‧招‧架！
感覺比平常吃到的麻油還香很多，
在白飯上淋上麻油配上蝦肉讓我直接就嗑掉一整碗飯了
再來是「檸檬田雞」，
老實說，我吃完後聽老爸在講才知道這是田雞耶，
肉質超級鮮嫩配上檸檬的提味真的又是一個白飯殺手！
酸酸甜甜超級下飯的!
肉質又細又嫩,吃起來比雞肉還香甜!
這道「蝦鍋」也是老爸強力推薦的一道菜，
店家會先把活蝦去頭先丟到湯鍋裡面去煮，
所以湯裡面可是滿滿都是蝦子的精華呢，
直接喝湯有無法形容的鮮甜，讓你一口接一口，
然後再把蝦子涮一涮沾上哇沙比，
鮮~~~~真的好鮮~~~~
吃了這麼多肉當然也要吃一下青菜囉，
高麗菜大概是台灣人最常吃的青菜了吧~
但是黃金海岸活蝦之家的高麗菜也是完全不馬虎，
簡單的高麗菜在大火翻炒後完全可以吃的出本身的鮮甜~
就這樣…又是一碗白飯了
這道「黃金豬肋排」可是店家的招牌唷，
而且每天還限量供應呢，
他們家的豬肋排吃起來真的猴腮雷，
光是肉不柴不乾就已經贏了市面很多餐廳了，
他吃起來還很軟嫩呢!!師傅你真的猴腮雷啊~~
你不要看這個免費供應的白飯好像沒什麼了不起，
要是只有菜好吃，飯卻不好吃，那我也不會一個不小心吃這麼多碗~
他們家的飯不但粒粒分明還很香Q~
難不成他們還有專門請一個師傅來煮飯嗎!?
不然怎麼會這麼好吃???
今天這樣吃完我覺得我一定會被黃金海岸活蝦之家給寵壞，
看來在竹北的鮮蝦活撈餐廳應該沒有人可以取代他的地位了，
以後如果要在竹北找家庭餐廳我一定也是推薦他們家!!
畢竟環境衛生+上菜快+服務又好+有遊戲間
